LinkedFast is a LinkedIn Personal Branding Growth Tool that provides AI-powered content generation, smart scheduling, and analytics services.

LinkedFast provides the following services:

• Content scheduling and automated publishing to LinkedIn
• Analytics and performance tracking for LinkedIn posts
• Personal branding insights and growth recommendations
• Content optimization and engagement analysis

3. Account Registration and Security

To use LinkedFast, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Connect a valid LinkedIn account that you own and control
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. LinkedIn Integration and Compliance

By using LinkedFast, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with all LinkedIn Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You authorize LinkedFast to access and post content to your LinkedIn profile
• You are responsible for all content published through our platform
• LinkedFast operates within LinkedIn's API terms and rate limits
• LinkedIn may modify their API or terms, potentially affecting our service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create or provide
• You grant LinkedFast a license to process, store, and publish your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any rights
• You must not post illegal, harmful, or infringing content

5.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content suggestions are provided as-is
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
• You should verify accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content
• LinkedFast is not responsible for the content or consequences of AI suggestions

6. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate LinkedIn's terms of service or community guidelines
• Share spam, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our proprietary algorithms
• Use the service to impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

8. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Third-party service dependencies may affect our service availability
• We will provide advance notice of significant service changes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LinkedFast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for content posted to your LinkedIn account
• You use the service at your own risk

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms:

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• Upon termination, you lose access to the service and your data
• You can request data export before account termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
